Born April 4, 1947 to Don and Mary Stevenson in West Plains, Missouri. Lisle was a 1965 graduate of RHS. Lisle joined and served the Navy during the Vietnam war. Returning to Rogers, he worked and retired SW Bell Telephone.
Lisle is survived by Bennie Stevenson and, Geniece, of Rogers, and Gail Wagner and Mark of Florida along with several nieces.

He will be buried at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
