Linda Sue passed away on March 12, 2024 at Innisfree Health and Rehab in Rogers, Arkansas, just shy of her 81st birthday. She was born in Searcy Arkansas on March 31, 1943 to Earnest J. Osborne and Mildred Almedia (Monday) Osborne.
Linda’s kind heart and loving spirit will be missed, never meeting a stranger. She spent her life giving to others through her skillful talent as a seamstress. So many benefited from the artful skill she had for crafting clothes for her children, to prom dresses and wedding gowns across Arkansas. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Monty Palmer; great granddaughter, Paisley Havranek; sister, Patricia Osborne Gentry; brother, Kenneth Osborne; husband, Bobby Palmer; and second husband, Steve Holmes.
She is survived by her daughters, Lana Havranek and partner, Mitch Lee of Maryland and Andra Palmer and spouse, Charlotte Rankin of Rogers; two grandchildren, John Havranek and spouse, Heather of Searcy and Logan Havranek and spouse, Kerry of Maryland; great grandchildren, Grayson, Maddox, McKinzie, Charlotte, and Ben; brother, Jim Osborne and spouse, Donna of Searcy; her dear companion, Willie; and many loving extended family and friends.
A private ceremony for the family will be held at her final resting place in the Garden of Peace at White County Memorial Garden. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and/or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in her name.
