IN THE CARE OF
Jerry Neal Cook, Sr., 65, passed away April 12, 2015. He was born on October 17, 1949 to the late Ralph L. Cook, Sr., and Monnie Lou (Armstrong) Cook. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Emily (Adams) Cook of Rogers; sons, Jerry Cook, Jr. and wife, Amanda Norwood of Pea Ridge, and Edward L. Cook and wife, Brandi of Centerton; daughters, Kerry Anne Hines and husband, Brad of Rogers, Sara Worley and husband, David of Elkins, and Pamela Cook of Rogers; brothers, Ralph Cook, Jr. and Bergen Cook; sisters, Carol Upton, and Sherry Livingston; and 9 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Monta Jean Evans.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 2:00pm in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
