Grace Haney

Grace Louise Haney, 98, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at The Bradford House in Bentonville, AR. She was born May 30, 1915, in McDonough County, IL the daughter of Lucy and Phillip Baldner. She married Maurice Howard Haney February 11th 1938.She and Maurice retired from farming in Iowa and moved to Bella Vista, AR in 1976. They moved to Rogers, AR in 1992. Grace will always be remembered as an avid seamstress and gardener.She was preceded in death by Maurice January 31, 1996, her parents; one grandson, Steven Alan Haney June 11, 2007; three brothers and two sisters.Grace is survived by one daughter, Diana Jean Royer and her husband, Larry; of Numa, Iowa; one son, Alan Kent Haney and wife, Kathy, of Rogers, AR.; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren.A grave side memorial service will be held 11:15 A.M., Saturday, Nov. 2, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Macomb, IL.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to one of the following:The Bradford House 1202 SE 30th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712 The Franklin Farmhands 4-H Club, c/o Larry Royer, 12277, 590 th St., Numa, Iowa 52544.
