Cathy was a dedicated nurse for over 30 years who took several false starts at retirement because sitting and watching the world go by wasn’t an option. Always active, always positive, and ever aspiring and inspiring.
She didn’t walk into rooms more than burst into them, filling them with her heart and a contagious laugh that lifted the spirits of everyone around her. She adopted everyone, taking them under her wings to love and protect. Her heart was like a bonfire, comforting and warm, and her legacy is the thousand hearts she set afire that will light a thousand more so that no one is ever left in the dark.
She is survived by her husband, David Mullican of Lowell; son, Jerry Wolf of Lowell; daughter, Lisa Hebert (Will) of Louisiana; brother, Rage Day of Hawaii; step-children, David Mullican, Jr. of Lowell, Stephanie Sampler of Tulsa, and Maggie Mullican of Oregon; and 6 precious grandchildren.
