Bobby Ray Wood, 75, passed away on August 1, 2024 in Bentonville. He was born on November 13, 1949 in Batesville, Arkansas to the late Finis and Opal (Pitts) Wood. He loved his family, country and enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved to be outdoors fishing, hunting, and golfing when he could. He cherished his close friends and always made time for them whether it was to go to dinner or watch a movie. He will be missed by many but never forgotten. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ivan Wood.
Bobby is survived by his beloved wife, Belinda (Phillips) Wood; son, Eric Wood and his wife, Dawn of
Bentonville; daughter, Kitonda Dawn Wood of Pennsylvania; 4 grandchildren, Mercedes Rheam, Brittney Jaggars, Cody Wood and Colton Wood; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be on Thursday 9:30-10:30 at Rollins Funeral Home with burial to follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
