Alvin Bryant Webb was born at home on January 22, 1938 to the late Johnny and Edith (Brandon) Webb.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter and woodworker. He enjoyed playing tennis and checkers. His greatest joy though was being with his family telling stories and jokes. He was a gifted storyteller and had great comedic timing and presentation. He would leave people in tears with his jokes.
Alvin loved his family immensely and would spend as much time with them as possible.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Wilma; and brothers, John Wayne and Royce.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara (McCurdy); daughter, Tracy Bourgeois; son, Ron Webb and his wife, Lisa; granddaughter, buddy-pal and friend, Miranda Powell and her husband, Mat; and great-grandchildren, Madelyn and William; sister, Betty Walden; and many nieces and nephews.
