Kay Frances Shearon Bottoms

Kay Bottoms, age 82, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Kay was preceded in death by her mother, Mozelle Weathersby Mullis and father, Raymond “Pete” Shearon, a son, Victor May and step-brother, Ben A. Gupton. She is survived by her husband, George Bottoms Sr.; daughters, Carol Simonet (Tom) of Battleboro NC, Ann Dunbar (David) of Rocky Mount NC; sons, David N. May (Pamela) of San Diego CA, Ronald Dunbar (Cheryl) of LaBelle FL, Fred A. Dunbar (Michelle) of Dallas TX; step-son, George Bottoms Jr. of Nashville NC; sisters, Barbara Harrilson of Louisburg NC, Jean Bunn of Lecanto Fl.; step-brothers, Jimmie Gupton (Dawn) of Louisburg NC, Dan Gupton (Florine) of Angier NC. Kay also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home, Friday, January 23, 2015 from 1 - 2 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2 PM.
