Anne Forman Chernikoff

Anne Forman Chernikoff, born 1915, beloved wife of the late Jack Chernikoff. Survived by daughter, Lolly Shapero, son Michael Chernikoff, grandchildren Lisa (David) Merkin, Paul Shapero, Stacie Shapero, and great granddaughters Jocelyn Merkin and Amanda Merkin. Funeral Services will be held at B'nai Israel Congregation, 6301 Montrose Road, Rockville, MD on Tuesday January 10 at 11 a.m., followed by interment at Judean Memorial Gardens. Shiva at the home of Lolly Shapero beginning immediately following interment through Sunday, January 15 (except Friday afternoon and Saturday). In lieu of flowers donations to Jennifer D.
