Papa Bill you will be missed terribly, but I take great comfort in the fact you you are now reunited with Grandma.  I will always smile when I remember your hilarious sense of humor (many jokes at my expense).  I will always cherish the times I stayed at your house when I was a little girl and you would compare my hair to the color of a copper penny. When I became older I really enjoyed discussing our shared views in politics and world events. The world will never be the same without you. You were the epitome of an American hero and a true patriot.

Bill was my only brother and I could not have had a better brother.  We lived states part, but always managed to visit each other.  I know he is happy with our family in Heaven.  I will miss him.   Ruby Frame

We are so sorry to have lost Bill so early in life.  He and Patty were so loved by everyone who knew them.  He was our favorite banner chairman in the Square Dance world.  He will be missed.
