Virginia Turner McCluney Noble 80 of Rockledge entered into rest on Thursday, April 26, 2012. She was born on June 2, 1931 in Miami, FL. She graduated from Technical High School in Miami. Virginia was a stewardess with National Airlines, worked in the airline industry, and then started her own travel agency, Aerospace Travel. She later retired from EG&G at the Kennedy Space Center.
She is preceded in death by her husband William Noble and brothers Julian and Henry Turner. Virginia is survived by her son Kenneth McCluney (Carla), step-son Kent Noble, step-daughter Gay Noble, her sisters Barbara Givens and Joan Sherwood, grandchildren Kevin (Nicole) and Brian (Stephanie) McCluney, great-granddaughter Brynn McCluney and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation from 2-3pm on Tuesday, May 1 followed by a funeral service in the chapel at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be left at www.floridamemorialfh-gardens.com. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Autoimmune-Related Disease Association.
