Shirley M. Williams

Shirley was born on August 16, 1946 to Alice and Walter Dobbs in Tishomingo, Mississippi. Her family moved to Zephyrhills, Florida in 1959. She graduated from Zephyrhills High School and began to study cosmetology.

In 1970, Shirley married Duane C. Williams Sr. and soon relocated to their lifelong home on Merritt Island.

Shirley was a cosmetologist for many years to include a business owner of DS & Company located on Merritt Island.

She is survived by son Duane Williams Jr. (Sandy) of Merritt Island, son Tim Williams (Marli) of Watertown, Massachusetts, son Garry Williams of Port St. Lucie, son Tony Dees (Melissa) of Merritt Island, daughter Teresa Cabaron (John) of Cocoa, brother Sonny Dobbs (Kay) of Cedar Springs, Michigan, sister Jane Schmieder (RJ) of Titusville, and brother Danny Dobbs (Diane) of Zephyrhills. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Alice Dobbs, husband Duane Williams Sr, son Terry Williams, and brother Joe Dobbs. She was also the loving grandmother to 17 grandkids and 15 great-grandkids.
