Peggy Ann Ruth

Peggy Ann Stephens Ruth was born on September 1, 1939 in Coffee County, Alabama to the late Katie Bell and Theo Edward Stephens. She moved Brevard County in 1983 from Lake Erling, Arkansas. Peggy was a homemaker and a member of the Church by the Sea.

She went to be with our lord on July 22, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Robert Lee "Bob" Ruth, children, Linda (husband Juan Garza) of Mesa Arizona, Robert Edward "Eddie" Ruth Melbourne Florida, Brenda (husband Mark Smith) of Ruston Louisiana, Kathy (husband Curtis Parsons) of Melbourne, Florida, Brothers, Cecil (wife Marty) Stephens, Kinneth (wife Nancy) Stephens, both of Melbourne Florida, Lamar Stephens of Cape Canaveral, Florida, sister, Glenda (husband Chuck) Swanson of Orange Park, Florida, 8 grandkids and 13 great grandkids as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.

She is preceded in death by her nephew Charlie Swanson, niece Karma Stephens, parents Katie Bell and Theo Stephens, niece Mary Stephens, son-in-law David Pace, sister-in-laws Eualdean Garr, Pat Ruth, Norine Ruth, Kay Ruth and brother-in-law Charlie George Ruth, mother and father in-law Dovie and Robert Frank Ruth.

Peggy was a home maker who loved life, her family and our lord...and Bingo.

She is now able to talk to her parents, and sing and dance with all of her family and other angels in her Father’s kingdom.

Visitation will begin at 2:30 pm Saturday, July 25 at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S. U.S. Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida 32955. Services will follow at 3:30 pm. Interment will be in Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge, FL.
