Norma was known as "Babe" to her family and friends. She was born on August 26, 1937 in Dover, DE.
She was a dedicated, caring receptionist, as well as parishioner for over 30 years for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church in Melbourne, FL. She also previously worked at Palm Bay florist delivering flowers and kindness for several years.
Norma was a beautiful and loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She was married to the late William Thomas Foley for over 54 years. Norma is survived by two sons, William Kevin Foley and Timothy Thomas Foley; one daughter, Beth Magdalene Terry; and three grandchildren, William don Terry, Charlene Dawn Terry, and Kevin Bryce Foley. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Magdalene Hoover and her sister, Shirley Mae Culver.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Florida Memorial gardens, 5950 South US highway 1, Rockledge, FL
