He resided in West Melbourne, Florida with his paternal grandmother, Lorene Powers.
Michael was an honor student at Melbourne High School and was a member of the Lego Robotics Team.
He is survived by his mother, Christian Chapman Proctor and his father, Gregory M Proctor; his maternal grandparents, Pamela Davis and Bob Davis; his paternal grandmother, Lorene Powers. He had many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Michael loved computers and was so proud that he had built his own. School was his main priority and he maintained straight A's. He was about to be enrolled in the dual enrollment program through Eastern Florida State College once he received his results from his pre SAT. We were all awaiting the results. His orchestra teacher said he would've went to college on a full music scholarship since he was musically inclined.
Funeral services will held at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, Rockledge, Florida on October 28, 2017 at 200p.m.
