She was born in Londonderry, Nova Scotia, Canada the daughter of Harry McLeod and Gladys Patriquin McLeod.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and will be forever missed by her family and friends. Marjorie is survived by her son, Jerry Porter; her daughter, Gail Berger; her two grandchildren, Haley Hall and Chris Porter; her four great-grandchildren; Kyle, Amya, Kyaleigh and Brianna; her sisters, Barbara Smith, Rose Gamble, Shirley O’Brien, Diane Milner and her brother Wayne McLeod. She also leaves behind her beloved pet, Pepe. She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald L Porter, Sr of 66 years, her sister Betty LeBlanc and her brother Robert McLeod.
There will be a celebration of her life held at Grace Fellowship in Rockledge on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge FL.
