Betsy is preceded in death by her husband LTC. T.F.” Bart” Bartholomew United States Army Retired, and an infant son, Craig Harman Bartholomew. Betsy and Bart were married for 44 years.
Betsy was born on December 3, 1930 in Media, PA. She graduated from Media High School in June 1950. As a young woman she worked at Wawa Dairy Farms where her grandfather was the Chief Engineer. She also worked as a bank teller until she was married and became a homemaker and a mother.
She is survived by four daughters, Barbara Pattison, Karen Strickland, Kelly Durham and Kristina Ferguson. She has eight grandchildren, Chuck Pattison, Craig Pattison, Heather Lynch, Jessica McCartney, Ashley Silva, Justin Silva, Garrett Ferguson and Brooke Ferguson. She has six great-grandchildren, Willie Pattison, Zachary Pattison, Levi Lynch, Turner Lynch, Keeley McCartney and Jaxon Silva.
