Laura E. Tucker, better known as Betty, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Wuestoff Hospital in Rockledge Florida, at the age of 92.
She was the loving mother of Sherman R., Jr. (Kady) and William (Sharon); cherished grandmother of nine, great-grandmother of two and great-great-grandmother of three.
Betty was born in Maryland and came to Brevard County in 1959. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eau Gallie. She led an interesting life of travels as the wife of an Air Force Officer and mother to two energetic sons, with their eyes on excitement. Her later years were spent with family and friends. Her last year was spent in luxury with her companion cat, Pudin, at Sonata of Melbourne.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11 a.m. and conclude with burial at Florida Memorial Gardens.
