I can still hear Frank in our Radar Lab. How I wish he were still here, busy, active and fussing with these radars and Danny Morris.

As a friend and a colegue, Frank was a wonderful person and someone that was always willing to lend a hand.  His insight was always welcome and helped me become a better person and technician.  You will be deeply missed by those that knew you in the aerostat program!  God Speed my Friend!

Frank was a really good guy and he will be greatly missed.  I really enjoyed all the time I spent with him, especially that hot sumer in the late 70s.  I am sure Heaven is welcoming him.  We will of course continue to pray for Carol and the rest of the family.

Frank, Carol, Catherine, and dog (do not remember name) were wonderful neighbors and friends for many years on Larchmont Ct.  Betty & I remember when Frank and family - with dog - would take an evening stroll around the neighborhood; Frank & I often swapped stories about our work.  Carol, we regret that we are unable to be with you at this time of your deepest sorrow - know that Frank is resting peacefully and our thoughts and prayers will be with Frank, you and family.

My cool, adventurous, smart uncle has moved on to a better place.  Ice caves, NASA, Disney World, shrimp, i will 
keep those memories forever!  Most fun watching myth busters with frank and having him explain how something would or would not work before the show did!   My prayers are always with you.

So sorry to hear about Uncle Frank. He was a terrific guy and is my ideal benchmark of how to be the cool uncle. -Steve

I started working with Frank approximately two years ago and we immediately became friends.  Frank was an excellent friend and mentor and was happy to share his amazing knowledge of everything electronic.  We certainly spent many hours exchanging stories about aerostats, his experiences on the Vandenberg, stories about fixing radars in worst of conditions and in the worst of places.  From his stories you can tell he lived a wonderful and interesting life, but of all the stories, the ones he enjoyed telling the most were the ones that revolved around Carol and Catherine.  You can immediately tell that Frank really loved his family.  When he talked about Carol and Catherine you can really see his face shine.    

I certainly miss the laughs, the stories and talking about our plans to get rid of the QC's all around the world.

Frank, I know that Our Father in Heaven really loves you.  I know that we'll shake hands again and we'll be able to sit around somewhere in Heaven continue with the story telling and laughs.

Carol and Catherine, I also know that Our Father in Heaven loves you too and he'll be there to comfort you and strengthen you.

I had the great fortune of working with Frank in Melbourne, FL and volunteering with him at the Merritt Island Relay for Life in support of the American Cancer Society. Frank was a kind and gentle soul, and he will be missed.

I met Frank in 1973 when we were living in San Francisco and I'd like to think that I played a role in his meeting his wonderful wife, Carol.  Frank had an infectious laugh, even early in the morning.  We went on some wonderful adventures in the Bay Area.  When Frank was onboard you knew you'd have a great time  I will miss him dearly.  All my love to the family.

I first met Frank at the Aerostat site on Cudjoe Key, Fl.  I will always remember his friendly and outgoing personality. He was a good friend for over 30 years. Sincere sympathy to his family.

Carol my prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time.  Frank will truly be missed, but we can all find comfort in knowing he is in a better place now and his suffering has ended.

Frank and I have worked together since 1985 and he will not only be missed as a co-worker, but also as a great friend. Several months ago we held a retirement dinner for Frank  and he was truly moved by number of friends and co-workers who came. Over eighty people attended and I like to pass on to everyone that Frank was overwhelm with the love and support he received that night. Love and God Bless!!

Frank had the most magnetic personality and infectous laughs in Lockheed Martin. I will always remeber the wonderful, witty and one of the most intelligent people of my life. I will miss you Frank

Frank was a co-worker and we worked hand in hand on several TARS projects.  He is truly missed!  He was such a brilliant man and could always pull parts from somewhere to save the day.   :)   I am so sorry for your loss!  I pray for comfort for you and your family knowing he is in a better place.

Have known Frank many years, was a great friend and co-worker, always thought  of others before himself, kind caring and loyal.  Never a bad word uttered.  He was a great mentor and engineer who loved to pass on knowledge and help others.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the family!

I met Frank in August of 1974 on the US Vandenburg. That began a 38 year relationship. We worked together on many endeavors and special project that taxed our humor and intellect. We shared so much. We told each other about our families so many times it's as if we were each a part of the others. God bless Carol and Katherin your Frank was so special to so many. Frank and I were friends for over 40 years. We started working together at Goddard Space and Flight Center in 1971 and worked together for the next 21 years, We shared a lot of good times together and I will never forget all the memories. I will miss Frank and I can't believe he's gone. We will meet again someday. My heart and sorrow go out to Carol and Cathy and the family. God Bless!!

Frank was a friend from the first time he stuck his hand out to say hello..my life was certainly better for knowing him..i remember him taking part of his vacation to come to Mississippi to fly the T-37 simulator for one hour and fifteen minutes..it was a joy to see the pleasure he derived from those few minutes..may the pleasant memories overshadow your sorrow during these trying times.

I only knew Frank through my emails with Carol, of whom i've talked to for several years via emails, and you just get to know the whole family with good friends through the years.May God bless and comfort his immediate family and his good friends in this time of sorrow.

Frank was a wonderful friend. We didn't know him long but his personality and willingness to share endeared him to us. His stories of where he worked and things he accomplished kept us entertained and in awe. We will miss you Frank. You fought the good fight.
