Charlie was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a Lieutenant with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office and also worked as a patrolman with the Cocoa Police Dept.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lynnette Spooner; 3 daughters, Sherri Jenner, Melody Bacon (Guy), and Kathy Halsell (Jim); 5 grandchildren, Courtney Kubiak (Ben), Kelly Malouf (Hank), Keri-Ann, James, Kate; and 1 great-granddaughter, Charley. He is also survived by 3 sisters, Audrey Mellick, Jo Kidd and Lorraine Roy.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 19, 2012, 12 Noon, at Florida Memorial Funeral Home with interment at Florida Memorial Gardens.
