She is survived by her sister, Mary Alice Schaffer of Florida; son, Robert U. Hendon of Louisiana; daughter, Katherine Tarczanin of Florida; daughter-in-laws, Cindy Sullivan of Florida and Jill Jones of Florida; grandchildren, Robert J Hendon of Texas, Cindy Heater of Louisiana, Joseph A. Hendon of Louisiana, Amy Grove of Florida, Laura Sullivan of Florida, Michelle Clontz of Florida; as well as 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Betty was predeceased by her son, James L. Sullivan of Florida.
Betty lived and died on her terms.
A Celebration of Life for Betty will be held at a later date.
