Arlin Kelby Thompson Jr.

He was born in Charleston, WV Aug.22,1952 and moved with his family to FL in 1966.

He was preceded in death by a brother Randy L Thompson. Grandparents: Gladys Dunlap Thompson Lovejoy and Virgil Thompson, Morline and Junior Dingess, Mayme and Talmadge Pauley.

He is survived by his parents Arlin K.Sr and Janice Dingess Thompson of Goodyear, AZ. Wife Cheryl Thompson of Titusville, children Aaron Thompson, Adam Thompson, Cocoa, and Steven Thompson, Merritt Island. Step-child Cheryl Yvonne Shackelford, Hampton, VA. Grandchildren, Austin, Shane, Nicole and Allanah. Brother, Jeffrey Thompson, Goodyear, AZ. Nephews- Randy and Chad Thompson, Alum Creek,WV, Niece Audrey Frost, Indiana. Two great nieces, and four great nephews.

He worked at the Kennedy Space Center for 29 yrs. as a Technician starting with the first shuttle Enterprise. He served in the Air National Guard for 6 years.

Memorial will be July 9th 2pm Brevard Memorial Funeral Home 5475 N US Hiway 1 Cocoa, FL.

A.K. wish was to have his ashes placed beside of his brother at the Dingess Cemetery in WV.
