Alan is predeceased by his mother, Helena Hallowell Moulton, his father, Harold Randolph Moulton, and brother, Harold Leigh Moulton (who passed in February 2019). His family includes his loving daughter, Rachel S. Moulton,
her husband Graham living in Oakland, California.; his son, Stephen Jon Moulton, and his wife Kathleen of Merritt Island, Florida.; his grandchildren are Aubrey Moulton, and Wyatt Moulton, both of Avon, Connecticut; and his loving companion, Mary Roentsch lives in Stoddard, New Hampshire.
He attended East Hartford High School graduation in 1962, graduated from UCONN in 1966, and obtained his MBA from RPI, Hartford Graduate Center in 1987. He worked at Hamilton Standard, and Pratt & Whitney for 39 years.
He lived in Connecticut for most of his life, and enjoyed vacationing in New Hampshire. In 2011, he became a full-time resident of Viera, Florida and continued vacationing summers in New Hampshire until his passing.
Alan was an avid salt and freshwater fisherman, golfer, and deer and bird hunter. He was a member of the Florida Flyrodder Club in Cocoa, Florida. He always enjoyed fishing with his fellow club members, and enjoyed their friendship.
He was a Methodist and believer in Jesus Christ as his savior. He was an associate member of the Suntree Methodist Church, and recently attended services and bible study at Grace Fellowship in Rockledge, Florida. Summers he attended the Stoddard Congregational Church in New Hampshire.
Friends, family, and parishioners will be received for Alan's Celebration of Life service on Saturday, March 30, 2024 @ 1 PM. (Grace Life Church, 3420 Murrell Rd, Rockledge, FL 32955). We will then meet promptly at 3 PM for a graveside burial @ Florida Memorial Gardens, in the 'Serenity Garden', 5950 S. US Highway I, Rockledge, Florida 32955.
