William L. Espy

Will L. Espy, age 66, of Rockford, Illinois passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. He was born January 22, 1959 in Rockford, IL, the son of Laddie and Petra (Klingeman) Espy. Will proudly served in the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Toni. Will was a talented mechanic for most of his life, and went on to be an over the road truck driver. He was a friend of Bill W. for over 33 years. Will loved riding his motorcycle and he loved to ride it fast. He enjoyed camping and traveling. Will enjoyed golfing and playing poker. His greatest victory was being in Washington, D.C., on January 6th, 2020. MAGA!!!

Will is loved and missed by his wife, Toni; daughter, Taylor; sister, Sheryl (Jeff); nephew, Jason (Carla); numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will be held from 12-3 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Eagle's Club, 3829 11th Street, Rockford, IL 61109.

In lieu of flowers, a monetary donation to Toni would be appreciated to be donated to Will's favorite charities.
