Ruby L. Lind, 84, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother of Belvidere, IL, passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Park Place in Belvidere, IL surrounded by her loving family. Ruby was born August 23, 1938 in Neeleyville, MO, the daughter of Ecea and Edna (Smith) Miller. Ruby married Donald E. Lind. Ruby is survived by her children, Lucy Nading, Linda Andrews, Regina (Jose) Moreno; daughter-in-law, Susan Lind; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Delphia, Dorothy, Mary and David; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Edward Lind, son Donald Edward Lind, Jr., siblings, Woodrow, Smithie, Anna Mae and son-in-law, Jim Nading.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Belvidere First Assembly of God, 1105 7th Avenue, Belvidere, IL 61008 with a visitation to begin at 5:00 p.m.
