Margaret A. Terry

Margaret was born on March 17, 1952 in Atlanta, GA. She married David Lee Terry on January 27, 1969. Margaret loved being around her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, even when she was sick she enjoyed getting hugs from all of them. Margaret loved to cook, keep her house clean and even helped her husband David with his truck, whether it be driving or working on the truck. Margaret was a very independent and stubborn lady, but loved everyone.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 49 years, David; sons: David (Brenda) McMunn, Donnie (Jeshel) Terry and Matthew Terry; grandchildren Jennifer Campbell, Amber Terry, Breanna Terry and Devin Terry; great-grandchildren Ayden and Korbyn Campbell; sisters Princess Green and Bonnie McMunn Ledlow; brother Kenneth McMunn.

Margaret was preceded in death by her mother Della Price.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.

A service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be 2:00 pm Saturday May 21, 2016 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 West State St. in Rockford with a visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service. Cremation rites will be accorded after the service.
