Elizabeth L. Burk, 82, of Machesney Park, passed away surround by her sons on March 9, 2020. Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Frederick (Vianne Clark) Burk, David (Louise) Burk, Louis Burk, and Jeffrey (Linda Luce) Burk; Many grandchildren and great grandchildren; Sisters, JoAnn, Connie, Nancy, Bev, Barb, and Dot; Son in law, Steve Bliven.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, David E. Burk; Parents Joseph and Emma Hall; Daughter, Patricia Bliven.
Elizabeth loved cooking, gardening, taking care of animals, and going to garage sales. Above everything else she loved spending time with her family.
Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2020 from 1pm until the time of Service at 2pm at Advantage Funeral Home (7000 W. State St, Rockford, IL 61102). Interment to follow at Willwood Burial Park. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made out to the family.
