David Emil Varcato, 63, of Rockford passed away Monday February 2, 2015.
David was born in Rockford on November 28, 1951. He married Mary Nell Hansen.
David was a true outdoorsman and a friend to all.
David is survived by his wife Mary and his son Nicholas Tom Varcato; his adoring grandchildren Fayron Varcato and Gabriella Varcato; David lived to hold his great-grandchild Matti Lynn; brothers Mike and Tom; sisters Patricia and Dru; special friends Tom Baker, Steve Leita, “Cleveland” Irwin, Dr. Cormier, Dr. Shaukat and Dr. Swain
David was preceded in death by his loving son Luke; his sister Betty Dahm Fitzpatrick.
A service to celebrate David’s life will be Sunday February 8, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Venetian Club 2180 Elmwood Road in Rockford. Advantage Funeral Home 7000 W.
