Thomas M. Auld

Thomas M. Auld, age 86, of Grove City, formerly of Monaca, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Thomas was born October 23, 1935, in Rochester, he was the son of the late Audrey and Myrtle (DeVore) Auld. Tom was a lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America, earning the Silver Beaver Award, was a member of the Order of the Arrow, and he was an avid Native American Hobbyist. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving from 1958-1964. Tom enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and golf. He was a member of the Rochester Free Methodist Church, and a former member of the Odd Fellows.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; Jane (Humbert) Auld (2022); a daughter; Joy Wagner, a granddaughter; Alexis Wagner, and a brother; Charles Auld.

Tom is survived by three daughters; Tammie (Henry) Houghtaling, Darcy (Anthony) Moosman, and Lisa (Donald) Oslick. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a sister; Dawna Lyons, and a son in law; Jack Wagner.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 10am until the time of funeral services at 11am at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
