Steve Bozic

Steve Bozic, 91, of Monaca, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 26, 2018. Husband of the late Dorothea E. Bozic; loving father of Darlene Nicholson and her husband Raymond of Monaca; Linda Holloway and her spouse Gary of Economy Boro; and the late Steve Bozic, Jr. He was called proud Pappy Steve by his surviving 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Steve was the last surviving child of the late John and Ella Bozic.

Steve served his country honorably during World War II with the U.S. Army as a Technician Third Grade. He also had a great love for the outdoors and carpentry which lead him to a part time business of puttering around and his own tree service.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 1, 2018, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum. His funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Military Honors will also be presented by members of the Beaver County Special Unit, 11 a.m. Friday, in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park. On-line condolences may be offered at www.saul-gabauer.com
