Mary Elizabeth Lanza

Mary Elizabeth Lanza, 66, of South Heights, passed unexpectedly on Sunday, May 5, 2019. She was born August 17, 1952 in Leominster, MA, daughter of the late Robert J. Lanza and Wilhelmine (Reinstadler) Lanza, Leominster, MA. Mary was a graduate of the Beaver County Community College, School of Nursing. As a registered nurse, she enjoyed a long and rewarding career in hospital and private practice settings. Mary was full of life and was first and foremost family oriented. She loved being around horses and cherished her cats.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son: David A. Gentile.

Mary is survived by her mother: Wilhelmine “Helmi” Lanza, Leominster, MA; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Chris (Sundy) Gentile, New Brighton; Aaron Gentile, Center Township; four grandchildren: Hunter and Tyler Gentile (children of Chris and Sundy); Kristian and Eva Gentile (children of Aaron); her brother: Harry Lanza, Richmond, IN; sisters: Angela Paulekas, Suffield, CT; Christine Poirier, Leominster, MA.
