

Mary E. Dinterman, 69, of Van Buren Homes, Beaver, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was born August 27, 1944 in Evans City, daughter of the late Carl and Evelyn (Barnes) Magill. Mary proudly served our country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. She was a longtime nursing assistant at Sherwood Oaks, Cranberry. Mary was a huge NASCAR fan and Jimmy Johnson was her favorite driver.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her son: Ward Dinterman; two daughters-in-law: Margaret Dinterman and Tammi Dinterman; her brother-in-law: Richard Tressler who died during serving our country in Vietnam.
Mary is survived by her loving husband Fred Dinterman, with whom she would have celebrated 49 years of marriage in May; two sons and a daughter-in-law: David and Jennifer Dinterman, Daugherty Township; Thomas Dinterman, Beaver; one daughter and son-in-law: Carla and Larry Weatherly, Daugherty Township; and their children who loved Memaw: Lori Weatherly and Mary Weatherly; one brother and sister-in-law: Samuel and Sue Magill, Saxonburg, PA; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Faye and Don Rape, Portersville, PA; Noreen and Don Austermuhl, Anchorage, AK; Rose Tressler, the Poconos of PA; her sister-in-law by marriage: Debbie Maxim and her husband Chuck, Mt. Morris, PA; many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 3 to 7 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Her service will be held in the funeral home at 7 p.m., immediately following the visitation with Rev. Michael Bailey, Sylvania Hills Baptist Church, officiating.
