James B. Fredericks

James B. Fredericks, age 74, of Monaca, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 at his residence. Born August 20, 1949, in Rochester, he was the son of the late Thomas and Shirley (Birge) Fredericks. Jim was an avid golfer, spending his Sunday mornings on the course, and he cherished his 2001 Mercedes Benz.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, the love of his life, Sandra (Tomasko) Fredericks. Also surviving are two sons; Shawn and Erik Fredericks, a stepdaughter; Sheila (Dan) Fennell, three grandchildren; Kirstyn (William Thomas), Kloe and Max, one sister; Cheryl Cascio, a brother in law; Anthony Balistrieri, a sister in law Joann Balistrieri, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; James and Myrtle Birge, paternal grandparents; Anna and Alan H. Fredericks, and a brother in law Frank Cascio.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 1pm until the time of funeral services at 4pm at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions can be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA, 15001.
