I WAS SO STUNNED TO HEAR OF HARRY'S PASSING.  HE WAS A GREAT FRIEND TO ME MANY TIMES IN THE PARKING LOT OF SHADYSIDE VILLAGE.  HE AND I SHARED DOZENS OF OUR DAILY "PARKING LOT" CONVERSATIONS AND EVERY ONE WAS ENJOYABLE.  I WILL CERTAINLY MISS HIM EVERY TIME I DRIVE IN AND WALK OVER TO HIS BOOTH IN THE CORNER.  I EXTEND MY SINCEREST CONDOLENCES TO THE ENTIRE SHERIDAN FAMILY, HIS CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN.

I don’t know if I’ve ever met a kinder man than Harry. As a Shadyside resident and business owner for over 20 years he was a fixture of our neighborhood and practically its Mayor. I can’t remember how many hundreds of conversations I’ve had with him about hunting, fishing and his favorite topic, his wife and daughters and his family. I’m going miss him and the handshake we always shared.

I met Harry in 1956 and we.became Brothers, right away. He would come to school with 2 or 3 Clark candy bar( his.dad worked at Clark )He'd say: here Uglyman , this candy bar I'd for you . 
Many times hed only have one for me and one for him.
Harry was my bro. I loved this cat.

So sorry to learn of Harry's passing. I knew Harry from his job at Ruth Young. He was a great friend and person. He will be missed by the many people who knew and loved him. 
He often spoke of his family with fond and loving comments.

He was a man to be admired who came over what the world is just now starting to see. He was a father a Grandfather and always did his best to spread love. As his grandchild I called him Pap he will be forever missed and always loved.
