Elizabeth "Mum" "Betty" Salvadori Lemon

The joy and happiness Elizabeth “Betty” Lemon has provided us for 82 years has come to an end. Betty was taken from us after a long struggle with dementia. Betty was a lifelong loving mother, homemaker and wife. Spunky, quirky and at times stubborn, Betty always put family first. She was a great provider of love and care that was evident in her devotion to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a great ability to put you at ease, and provide you with a sense that things will be fine. The loss of her is both sad in that she is gone and relieving as we know she is no longer suffering.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years: Charles “Jo Jo” Lemon, Sr., and parents: Ed and Olga Salvadori.

She leaves behind three children: Sondra Morell; Charles Lemon, Jr. and wife Carrie; Cindy Mawhinney and husband Tom. She is survived by six grandchildren: Dino Morell, Jr. and wife Allison; Dana Verrico and husband Brad; Brandy Mawhinney; Kira Mawhinney; Chad Lemon and Bryce Lemon; and two great grandchildren: Dante Verrico and Nicholas Morell. She is missed by three siblings: Louise Zbihley; Linda Salvadori; and Ed Salvadori and wife Carol, who provided love and support when it was most needed. Rest in peace “Mum”.
