Bertha Miller, age 94, of Ellwood City, passed away on Saturday, December 19th, 2020 at Providence Heath Care, Beaver Falls. Born October 6, 1926, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Mae (Court) Martucci. She was and avid BINGO player, even though, according to her, she never won. Bertha was Catholic in faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Miller (1990); 3 brothers; George, Pete, and Joseph Martucci; and two sisters; Lena Nativio and Angie Roselli.
She is survived by a daughter; Joyce (Clyde) McKinney, one son David (Susan) Miller; four grandchildren; Joy (Wes) Simmons, Gretchen (Andy) Phipps, David (Mary Ann) Miller, and Victoria (Jack) Dempsey; six great grandchildren; Wesley Simmons; Drew, Kurtis and Kira Phipps, and Sydney and Camden Miller. Also surviving are one brother, Vito Martucci, and one sister, Shirley Martucci.
A private Catholic Blessing service was held, and Bertha will be laid to rest next to her husband Albert at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Ellwood City. Arrangements by the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
