Predeceased by his parents, Rev. Elmer A. Belknap & Frieda Bergman Belknap; brother, Stewart (Jan) Belknap; sister, Boneta (Ken) Schoenrock; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Maynard.
Survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Dorace Belknap; daughters, Deborah Belknap & Diane Stigile; son, Rev. Dr. Barry (Donna) Belknap; grandchildren: Ian (Lauren) Belknap, Michael Maynard, Thomas Stigile, and great-granddaughter, Jayden Maynard; sister, Elizabeth Pirko; sister-in-law, Mildred Ferrari; brother-in-law, Donald (Virginia) Brooks, and many nieces & nephews.
Murray worked for Eastman Kodak for 40 years, retiring in 1983. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, with the 291st Combat Engineers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 19th, at 1:00PM at the Gates Presbyterian Church, 1049 Wegman Rd., Rochester, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Lifetime Care Hospice or to Gates Presbyterian Church.
