I'm saddened by the news about Laurie.  I had the pleasure of working with Laurie at Kodak, in building 65.  She was SO much fun to be around and had the best sense of humor. We had some great times together.  She touched so many lives in such a positive way. My condolences to her entire family, especially her daughter, Nicole. Laurie talked about Nicole all the time. Definitely the love of Laurie's life.

Laurie -It was the summer of one of our high school years when you and I became close and really good friends. I remember when I used to come over to your house to play ping pong and I was terrified of Rocco! You would just laugh and smile. I just loved your smile. It was a time I will always cherish and I was blessed to have such a wonderful person in my life. What though the radiance which was once so bright be now for ever taken from my sight, Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower. We will grieve not, rather find Strength in what remains behind.

I too got to know Laurie through our local bank. She was always kind to our family and ready to assist with whatever we needed. We became friends. She had a huge heart and loved her family.
