She was predeceased by her parents, Lucille & Charles Mongenet, and her parents-in-law, Shirley & Howard Westbrook.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Westbrook; their beloved children, Courtney (Kyle) Foster and Kendall (Jarred) Westbrook, and 3 grandchildren.
Jean was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed decorative tole painting, ceramics, sewing, walking, and motorcycle rides with her husband.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 17th, from 1-2PM at the Funeral Home of Alvah Halloran & Son, 2125 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624, where a funeral service will be held immediately following at 2:00PM. A private interment will take place in Westside Memorial Gardens.
