Predeceased by his parents, M. Alvah & Marion Halloran. Dan is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Kathleen (Entress) Halloran, daughter, Diane Marie Halloran, son, Kevin (Jo-Ann) Halloran, beloved granddaughter, Reneé Catharine, and several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Dan co-founded the Alvah Halloran & Son Funeral Home with his father, Alvah in 1957. He faithfully served his community as a Funeral Director for over 40 years. He was also a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, and a Life member of the American Legion.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, Sept. 3rd, from 3-6PM, at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Sept. 4th, 11:00AM at St. Monica’s Church, 831 Genesee St. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. All in attendance are required to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines.
