She was predeceased by her parents, Louis Camarella, Sr. and Jean (Dovolo) Camarella.
She leaves behind her husband of 53 years, Donald T. Aselin, Jr.; along with two sons, Daniel Arthur Aselin and David Louis Aselin (Mary Aselin). She also leaves her brother, Louis Camarella Jr. (Carol Camarella) and her sister, Bonita Jean Camarella; also, sisters-in-law, Carol Aselin and Lorie Aselin.
Along with the above are her grandkids, Trinity Aselin-Valdez, Trasce Aselin and Kohen Aselin, as well as many nieces, nephews and many cousins and friends.
Diane was a longtime RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist, in the Rochester, NY area. She worked for several well-known Dentists including, Dr. Robert Barns, Dr. Visca and Dr. David Olivo, DDS, when she retired.
She was Co-Owner of Amateur Sportspark© on Ballantyne in Chili for 34 Years. She also served as National Vice President of Sportsplex Operators & Developers Association, a Kansas National Non-Profit Organization.
Diane was a devout Catholic at St. Pius X Church in Chili, NY. She worked the annual St. Pius X Flea Market for decades as well as several other church functions. She was also a Master Gardener and an avid cook.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 15th at 10:00AM, at St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624, immediately followed by a reception for family and friends at the St. Pius X Parish Center in Chili, NY.
In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Diane’s name to the St. Pius X Parish Center, in Chili, NY, or the Humane Society of Rochester.
