Predeceased by his brothers, Glenn and Eugene, and step-granddaughter, Alexandra Baker. Besides his wife, Mary Ellen, he is survived by loving daughter, Tammy Williams, loving son, David Pittman, and loving step-daughter, Angelina D'Ambra. Survived by grandchildren, Serena Savino, Bailey Pittman, Sahara Williams. Step-grandchildren, Amanda Beehler, Samantha and Frankie D'Ambra, Alexia and Jaydon Baker. Great-grandson, Caleb Jacobs. Step-great-grandchildren,Logan and Joseph Beehler and Isabella D'Ambra. Also survived by sisters, Cathy (Phil) Mullen, Patricia Pittman (Liz Derry), Ann Marie Skatell, and Debra (Jeff) Steed. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Dave is a proud U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran serving in the Vietnam War 1969-1970 with H-Troop 17th Armored Cavalry and 11 Delta 20 Armor Recon, and is a recipient of the Purple Heart. He worked at Eastman Kodak and Johnson & Johnson for a total of 28 years.
Family and friends may call at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Avenue, Thursday May 26th, from 1-4PM & 6-9PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 27th at 10:00AM at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 310 Hinchey Road. Internment in Grove Place Cemetery with full Military Honors.
