Barbara Joan Reimer, age 82, of Rochester, New York passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
Born June 29, 1941 in Rochester, NY. Barb graduated from Irondequoit High School in 1960 and briefly attended college out of state. She went on to marry Burton Reimer in 1961. Barb worked at the Employment Center for many years before retiring from The Rochester Psychiatric Center in patient finances. She returned to college obtaining her Bachelor's degree at Suny Brockport, while raising her young family. Barb and her husband were married for 62 years and enjoyed spending time together fishing, gardening and traveling. She was predeceased by her husband Burton Reimer and parents Frances and Albert Boch. She was survived by her son Jay(Nancy) Reimer, daughter Bethany Bentley(Joseph Pikulinski), grandson Douglas Bentley, and granddaughters Alexis Bentley and Ann Pikulinski. Barb will not only be greatly missed by her family, but by her multitude of close friends.
