Beloved husband of Constance Ulrich; dear brother of Dr. Mariann DeFlon and Dr. Roger S. Ulrich of Sweden; caring uncle of Katie (Jonathan) Clarke, Sarah DeFlon, and Michael and Kenneth Ulrich; and dear brother-in-law of Laura and Frank Kimmell.
Victor was born the son of Victor and Eunice (Williams) Ulrich in Pontiac, Michigan on December 27, 1949. He graduated from Seaholm High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. Victor earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Ferris State University. He worked for Burroughs and later Unisys Corporation for many years. In June of 1982 Victor married Constance Petrill at St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Eastpointe, Michigan. He and Connie have lived in Rochester Hills since 1983.
Victor and his wife are long time members of St. John Lutheran Church in Rochester where he belonged to the O.W.L.S. group. He was an auxiliary volunteer at Crittenton Hospital.
Victor loved photography. He enjoyed working with wood and stained glass, building cabinets and picture frames. Victor was also an avid computer guru.
Victor’s family will receive all for a visitation on Tuesday January 22nd, 2019 from 3 p.m. until 8pm at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan. Victor will lie instate on Wednesday January 23rd 2019 from 10am until the time of funeral service at 11am at St. John Lutheran Church, located at 1011 W. University Drive in Rochester Michigan. Interment will be the same day at Christian Memorial Cemetery at 2:30pm.
