Philip George Beauvais

Philip George Beauvais, age 77, of Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Phil was born in Detroit, the son of Don and June Beauvais. He was raised in Birmingham, attended Groves High School and Oakland Community College. For many years he owned and operated Tool & Equipment Repair, starting in Royal Oak and later moving to Rochester. Phil was an avid sportsman, a member of Royal Oak Archers since 1989, Oakland County Sportsman Club since 1995, and Detroit Sportsmans Congress since 2018. He was certified and loved instructing both archery and pistol. Phil loved fishing, gardening, and was an avid woodworker.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Darlene; children, Carrie (Dennis) Hopp and Aimee Beauvais; grandchildren, Austin and Donovan Hopp; sisters, Laurel Beauvais and Carolyn Beauvais (William) Newman; nieces and nephews, Jason (Amanda) Bonvallet, Meredith Newman, Graham (Mariam) Newman, Bryan Bonvallet, Kyla (Zach) Whetstone, and Hilary (Adam) Emenheiser. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Beverly Beauvais.

The family will receive friends at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester from 3:00-6:00 pm on Monday, July 1st and 2:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2nd.
