Paul D. Richmond

RICHMOND, Paul D., age 76, of Clinton Twp., died March 23, 2012, at McLaren Mt. Clemens. He was born July 15, 1935, in Detroit to the late Donald and Edna Richmond. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he retired from Consumers Power in 1995 after twenty-eight years of service. Following his retirement he was active with the Chippewa Valley Little League Baseball and was the Field Manager for the Dakota High School in Macomb Twp. He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Phillips) Richmond, who he married November 2, 1957. Father of Vicki Lynn (Michael) Johnson of Jupiter, FL, Ronald (Pat Kushnerite) Richmond of Chesterfield and Crystal (the late Brian) Brunn of Auburn Hills. Also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Brother of Donald (Mary Ellen) Richmond of Redford and the late Ilene (Jerry) Baker. He also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester, the Rev. Thomas Saylor, officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
