Beloved wife of Georgi Georgiev for 33 years; dear mother of Miroslav (Nataliya) Georgiev and Andriana (Stefan) Stefanov; cherished daughter of Angel Getsov and Donka Getsova; loving grandmother of Daniel Georgiev, Siana Stefanov, and Matthew Georgiev; and caring sister of Valentina Dobreva (Tsoncho Dobrev).
Milena was born in Lyaskovets, Bulgaria on December 18, 1965. She received a master’s degree in marketing from Veliko Tarnovo University. Milena married Georgi Milkov Georgiev on September 1, 1985.
Milena loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. She also loved to travel to exotic places with her family and friends. She will be remembered as adventurous, funny, charismatic, and a wonderful person.
Milena’s family will receive all for a visitation on Thursday November 1, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 10 a.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 W. University drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan. Interment will be at Mt. Avon Cemetery following the funeral service.
