Kevin Mark Larson

Kevin Mark Larson, 58, of Rochester Michigan, passed away on Sunday October 15, 2017. Kevin was the loving husband of Melissa for 22 years; dear father of Abigail, Madelyn, and Zachary Larson; caring brother of Lori (Tom) Rapp, Sue (Jonel) Stingu, Scott Larson, and Konni (Mark) Larson-Behounek as well as many nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his parents Dennis and Joanne (Reitan) Larson and his brother Byron Larson.

Kevin was born in St. Paul Minnesota on May 15, 1959. He graduated from Eisenhower High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from General Motors Institute. He married Melissa Garman on September 23, 1995 in Troy Michigan.

Kevin attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Kevin loved cars, family vacations, and his family. He loved being a soccer, baseball, and cross country dad. But most of all he just loved being a husband and father.

Kevin’s family will welcome friends for a visitation on Thursday October 19th, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester and on Friday October 20th, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church located at 620 Romeo Rd, Rochester Michigan 48307.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kevin’s honor directly to the Larson family for the children’s college. Envelops will be available at all services or a check made out to MESP can be mailed to ‘The Larson family, care of Pixley Funeral home, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48307’.
