SMITH, James D., of Troy, Michigan, passed away on January 5, 2018. He was the dear and beloved husband of Doris Smith who preceded him in death on December 6, 2017. He is survived by: His children, Ilene (Robert), Marsha and James; his grandchildren, Rachel (Anthony), Brandon (Agata), Michael, Ashley (Steven) and Kristen (Karey) and his great-grandchild, Henry. Visitation 3 – 8 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., in downtown Rochester.
