Delores was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her husband, John Paul Taylor, with whom she shared many wonderful years of marriage; her daughter Tonya Jean Fisher (Yeley); and her adored granddaughters, Jasmine and Alexis Fisher. Delores was a loving sister to Alana McCurry (Dodd) and her brothers Ronald Dale Dodd and Kevin Dodd. She is preceded in death by her grandson Devin Michael Fisher, her sisters, Sharon Perkins (Dodd), and Beverly Giocomarra (Dodd).
Delores was a proud and active member of the VFW and American Legion, where she formed lasting friendships and contributed to her community. She had a passion for baking, loved playing bingo, and most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family, who brought her endless pride and joy.
Visitation will be held at Pixley Funeral Home in Auburn Hills, 3530 Auburn Rd., Auburn Hills, Michigan, 48326, on Saturday, October 26th from 10:00am until the time of the 12:30pm service.
Delores will be laid to rest in Christian Memorial Gardens West, 521 E Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307.
